Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Uni-Pro Apparel Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Guarantee
Uni-Pro Apparel Inc. guarantees all products to be free from manufacturing defects and will issue a credit or replace any garment found to be defective provided that the merchandise is returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

All sales are final. Only goods that have fabric or manufacturing defects or that have been shipped in error may be returned, and then only with prior authorization in accordance with our Return Policy. Once placed, orders may not be changed or cancelled. Should you need to change or cancel an order, we will make a good faith effort to make the change or cancellation however orders generally begin processing immediately upon entry into our system, accordingly we may not be able to change or cancel.
